Our popular Homeschool Tuesday program specifically designed for homeschool families, will meet in the library Community Room for some special learning opportunities.  Registration is required.

February 4: Homeschool Science Fair

Our Science Fair is back! Register your child/teen to bring a science project of their choice to present on February 4th!

The science fair will be held here in the community room and will be open to the public! Feel free to invite friends and family to the presentation as well. This will be a great opportunity to show what you’ve been learning at home! 

Families can come as early as 11 to set up the day of :)

Four steps required to doing a science fair project:

  • Pick a science fair project idea.
  • Follow either the scientific method (if your project asks a scientific question), or the engineering design process (if your project identifies a problem to solve), to complete the hands-on part of your science fair project.
  • Create a science fair display board and/or presentation that explains what you did, shows your data, and presents your conclusions.
  • Practice answering questions and talking about your science fair project so that you are ready to discuss it with the science fair attendees.
