Each week in the TalkReadPlay Center Creative Zone, there will be activities set up geared towards helping your preschooler get ready for Kindergarten!

Come to the library for a movie! We will be showing Academy Award Best Picture Winners every Friday in January at 11:00 am. A snack will be provided, and people are also welcome to bring in their own food and drinks. The movie schedule is:

CYOA Book Club is for kids going into 1st through 5th grades.  Come read the book with us and choose where your story leads, then enjoy a craft, game, activity or snack to go along with the book.

Come explore all the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math fun at S.T.E.A.M Team every week!

Join us in the makerspace for a painting day! We will provide all of the supplies you will need and you can paint whatever you'd like. There will also be a few snacks for you to enjoy while you make your artwork. Ages 11-18.

Do you have specific questions about your smartphone, tablet, or laptop? Make an appointment with the Tech Tutor to help answer you specific questions. Tech Tutor cannot help set up your device however.

Every Monday knitters and crocheters of all skill levels are invited to work on current projects in a friendly atmosphere. Instruction will be provided if this is a new skill for you! Just bring your hooks or needles - yarn will be provided!

Are you and introvert (or an introverted extrovert) and want a low key book club? Do you like to read, but don’t like being told what to read? Do you want to go out, but don’t want to ‘people’ a lot? 

We're teaming up with the Watertown Senior Center for a book club! Join the Bookworms Book Club the second Monday of each month at the Senior Center (514 S. 1st St.) at 1:00 pm. Book selections for 2025 to be determined.
